Mom is going to start walking for her health beginning today and until a friend can be found she is enlisting the company of her children.
Hello One and All,
My name is Ann and I am declaring my intentions to do something, anything about my weight; starting now. Since being laidoff from work six years ago, from a job I adored, I have been adrift. In the time that I was laid off I have managed to gain 10lbs every year. I am now a mess at a time when I am finally regaining my feet and starting to look outward again with a clear purpose and goal in mind.
The weight has to come off.
I will be posting from time to time my progress and other items of interest having to do with weight loss.
